Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may apply for a full refund within 30 days of purchase on the condition that the minimum course requirements have been met. Please see below for the course requirements for each course:

1. Succeed At French GCSE: How To Hack Your French With Just 158 Words – The first ten chapters of the course must be completed within the first thirty days of course enrolment (course enrolment usually to mean the date of purchase unless otherwise).

N.B. The Online Language School wants its students to enjoy their language-learning journey and to be successful in their endeavours. Learning an additional language does require effort on the part of the student and as such The Online Language School has minimum course requirements in place to encourage students to engage and push themselves to succeed. The option to contact The Online Language School for extra support and assistance is also encouraged in order to facilitate our students’ success.

Refund Process

For a refund on your purchase, please email support@theonlinelanguageschool.co.uk within 30 days of purchase along with your name, email address and the reason for requesting a refund.

After receiving your request we will provide a full refund within 7 working days.

We will also notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
